About The Owner
In 2010 after much encouragement from peers Shirley Blyth started
her first cake decorating business 'Fantabulous Cakes' concentrating mainly on children's novelty cakes.
Shirley soon realised her passion for special occasion cakes and began looking
for a world renowned training school where she could learn from the very best in the industry.
She has since completed an extensive training program with sydney based company 'Planet Cake'
In line with completing this training 'Indulge designer cakes' was born.
always looking to learn and perfect new skills in the chocolate and patisserie field..
Shirley Blyth has undertaken many many hands on training days with some of the best decorators and pastry chefs in the world.
